Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing keblur.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Eligibility & minors
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site (per COPPA). You may browse the channel and merch at any age; placing an order is what triggers the rules below.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to place an order. The parent or guardian who authorises the payment is responsible for the order.
If you’re a parent and your child placed an order without your permission, email kblurworkshop@gmail.com and we’ll cancel and refund.
Wellness products (the Royal Honey blend) are not for anyone under 18 regardless of guardian permission — see Section 5.
3. Products and pricing
We do our best to display prices, descriptions, and availability accurately. However:
- We may correct any error in pricing or product information at any time, even after an order is placed. If a corrected price is materially higher, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
- Photographs are illustrative; actual product packaging or finish may vary slightly.
- Stock is limited. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, and refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount, including any applicable tax and shipping.
5. Wellness products — not medical advice
Some products in the Health & Wellness category are dietary supplements or traditional wellness blends. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a qualified health professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under 18.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipping timelines, tracking, and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Returns & refunds
See our Returns and Refund policies. Some items (e.g. opened wellness/consumable products) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, fraud, chargeback abuse, reselling without permission, or attempting to compromise security.
9. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and product imagery is owned by Kblur or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kblur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kblur is operated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
