These terms govern your use of Keblur's AI receptionist, appointment-booking, and reputation services (the "Service"). By subscribing, you agree to them.
The Service
Keblur provides a 24/7 virtual receptionist that answers and books calls for your business, plus tools to request and manage customer reviews. We work to keep the Service available and effective but do not guarantee any specific number of calls, bookings, or results.
Subscription & billing
- The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently $597/month), processed by Stripe.
- It is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Because this is a service delivered continuously, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for having the right to forward your calls and contact your customers.
- You agree to use the Service lawfully, including complying with applicable calling, texting, and consent laws (e.g., TCPA) for outreach to your own customers and leads.
- You will not use the Service to send spam, harass, or contact people who have opted out.
Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keblur is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
