Returns Policy
Window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items.
What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
- Items received damaged or defective — covered by our Refund Policy.
- Wrong item or wrong size shipped — we cover return shipping.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used wellness, food, or consumable products (hygiene reasons).
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
Steps to return an item
- Email kblurworkshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within 1–2 business days.
- We’ll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) and the correct return address. Items shipped without an RA may not be processed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it with a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed per the Refund Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item — we pay.
- Change of mind / no longer wanted — you pay.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to (1) request a refund and (2) place a new order. We don’t hold inventory in exchange queues.
