Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse Products, choose your variant (color, size where applicable), click Add to Cart, and check out via Stripe. Confirmation arrives by email.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if it has not yet shipped. Email kblurworkshop@gmail.com with your order number ASAP. Once an order ships, follow the Returns process instead.
Do you offer discount codes?
Occasionally. Subscribe to the newsletter on the homepage to be first to know.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see or store full card numbers.
When am I charged?
At the moment you complete checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days after dispatch. See Shipping Policy for the full table.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide tracked shipping. International customers cover any customs duties.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link arrives by email when your package is picked up. Allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to begin scanning.
My tracking has not updated — what now?
If 14 business days pass with no movement past the estimate, email us with your order number. We’ll investigate and refund or reship.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery for most items. See Returns Policy.
What can’t be returned?
Opened consumables (food, wellness products) and items marked Final Sale.
How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days after approval, depending on your card issuer.
Products
Are the wellness products FDA-approved?
No dietary supplement is “FDA-approved” — the FDA does not approve supplements before market. Our products are made in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices, but statements about benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified health professional before use.
How do I know my product is authentic?
We source directly from manufacturer or authorised supplier. Each order is sealed and tracked.

Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is supported.
How do you protect my data?
See our Privacy Policy. Short version: minimum data, no selling, payments handled by Stripe.
