Refund Policy
When you’re eligible for a full refund
- Damaged or defective on arrival. Email a photo within 7 days — we’ll refund or replace, your choice.
- Wrong item shipped. Email us within 7 days; we cover return shipping and refund in full.
- Lost in transit. If tracking shows no movement for 14 days past the estimate, contact us — we will investigate and refund or reship.
- Order cancelled before fulfilment. If you cancel before the order ships, you receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can’t be cancelled, but you can return it under our Returns Policy.
When a partial refund applies
- Returns received with damage caused after delivery. The refund is reduced to reflect the loss in value.
- Returns missing parts or original packaging. Same reduction.
Non-refundable items
- Opened or used wellness, food, or consumable products (hygiene rule).
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Original shipping fees on returns where the item is not defective.
How long refunds take
Once your refund is approved (or your return is received and inspected, where applicable), Stripe processes the refund within 5–10 business days. The exact day it lands depends on your card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email kblurworkshop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the refund.
- Photos if the item is damaged or wrong.
We respond within 1–2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first. Chargebacks filed without contacting us delay resolution and may invalidate other refund options.
