Kblur (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website keblur.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Order & checkout data — name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and order contents. Payment card data is collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Account & contact data — email address if you sign up for our newsletter or contact our support.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and basic usage analytics.
- Cookies — we use essential cookies for cart/session, and analytics cookies to understand site usage.
3. How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to support requests.
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To detect fraud and protect our customers.
- To improve the site (analytics, A/B testing).
4. Who we share data with
We share the minimum data necessary with these processors:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and supplier fulfilment partners) — to deliver your order.
- Email providers — to send order & marketing emails.
- Hosting providers (Vercel) — site infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your rights

6. Data retention
We retain order records for 7 years (tax / accounting requirement). Marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe.

Kblur is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
