Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and carrier load can extend delivery. Most orders arrive within the window above.
Shipping cost
- Standard tracked shipping is included on every order.
- If we run a paid express option, it’s shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email when the carrier picks up the package. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to start updating after the initial scan.
Customs & duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country charges. We can’t calculate these in advance — they vary by country and order value.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute a package once it’s been dispatched. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 14 business days past the estimate, email kblurworkshop@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery — covered under our Refund Policy.
